This certification, issued in accordance with Kiwa’s Certification Regulations, confirms full confidence that our products comply with the K15007 assessment guide for “drinking water system components – health effects according to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61,” ensuring that the materials and components in contact with drinking water do not have adverse effects on human health.
What is the NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 standard?
The NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 standard establishes health safety requirements for components, materials, and products used in drinking water systems. Its primary goal is to ensure that these elements do not release harmful substances into the water, thereby protecting both water quality and the health of end consumers. Compliance with this standard is a key international benchmark and an increasingly demanded requirement in water supply projects.
An achievement that reinforces our commitment to quality
Obtaining this certification represents a strategic milestone for Belgicast. It is the result of continuous efforts in improvement, innovation, and rigorous control of our design, manufacturing, and verification processes. This independent recognition validates that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, strengthening our position as a trusted supplier in the water sector.
At Belgicast, we continue moving forward with a clear objective: to offer solutions of the highest quality—safe, reliable, and aligned with the most demanding international standards. This Kiwa certification is another step in our ongoing commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in service of our clients and society.
