TALIS Group announces divestment of equity interest in STRATE Technologie für Abwasser GmbH
HEIDENHEIM, Germany, July 7, 2022 – TALIS Group today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Düker GmbH to sell 100% of its equity in STRATE Technologie für Abwasser GmbH.
Due to its business focus, we consider Strate a non-core business within the TALIS portfolio of companies. This divestment represents another step towards TALIS Group’s strategy to simplify and to realign its business portfolio to focus on its core activities and improve customer satisfaction.
