TALIS Group announces divestment of equity interest in Frischhut Group
HEIDENHEIM, Germany, July 05, 2022 – TALIS Group today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Tiroler Rohre GmbH to sell 100% of its equity in Frischhut Group.
Frischhut is considered as non-core businesses within the Talis portfolio of companies. This divestment represents another step towards TALIS’s strategy to simplify and to realign its business portfolio to focus on its core activities and improve customer satisfaction.
